  PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOT PREPERATION CHECKLIST

Your property is the star of the show the day of your photo and video shoot. Below are the ways you can help your property look its best. There is no way to avoid or edit out problematic areas, so please print this checklist out and take time to review prior to our arrival.

UNIT CHECKLIST

Tidy up the unit.

Make sure there is nothing in the unit that you do not want in the video.

Have correct unit keys or unit unlocked. 

It is quicker ( and easier) to not have someone walk our tech around, unless you prefer to.

Walk the units the day of the shoot. 

It’s easy to forget things the first time through, be sure to double check the units are camera ready.

Make sure electricity is turned on. 

This may sound silly, but walkthrough video tours don’t look good when they are shot in the dark.

Check that no light bulbs are burnt out.

Lighting is a huge component to the quality of your photos & videos. 

EXTERIOR/AMENITIES CHECKLIST

Check the surroundings.

Make sure grounds and landscaping are clean and photo-ready before the shoot starts.

Vacate all public amenities for photo shoot. 

Plan on vacating any public amenities for about 30 minutes during our visit. This included amenities such as pools, playgrounds, and fitness centers.

Stage your pool area.

Make sure the pool and surrounding areas are clean and vacant, furniture is out and arranged, and umbrellas are open.
