3d Online Model
When we shoot your home, we create a real 3 dimensional model of your property. The camera uses the photos in collaboration with the software to all the photos to be ‘mapped’ onto the 3d mesh. This model is available for a year with the purchase of the tour.
In-Home Shoot
Our services include in-home shoots. We will shoot your entire home, with our cameras. The process will take roughly 2 hours depending on size. In most cases we have the model available that night. Let us know if you need any suggestions in getting your home ready for the shoot.
Floorplan
With the shoot of your home, we can provide you with an accurate floor-plan. You and your buyers can use this to estimate a space plan, or gather rough dimensions of each room.
3d Walkthrough
The hidden treasure in our offering, is the functionality that allows users to breeze through your home or property with the tap of a mouse. These models are highly intelligent meaning that they can provide accurate measurements, take users on a guided tour, allow users to walk the space themselves, or navigate a dollhouse view of the entire property.
Unlimited Downloads
Our server is made to bear the brunt of these downloads. Bandwidth is a hot commodity with these models and we have plenty of it. Whether your home gets 20 or 2,000 views, you aren't charged a cent more.
