We have had the pleasure of shooting homes throughout Cleveland and surrounding cities for a number of years now. Cleveland Photography for MLS

Let's face it, with real estate, quick turn around is important. For all of our home photography shoots we offer a very quick 1 day turnaround as a standard. What does this mean? Being able to provide a quick turn around means that we will have your shoot processed,  your account setup, and photos loaded onto your 1-page branded website by close of business the following day. We want to make sure that you have every opportunity to shine. Our high quality photography will envoke the desired emotional response from buyers while meeting or exceeding your expectations.  All of our shoots offer high-resolution print quality downloads for marketing materials. as well as low-res for ease of MLS loading. 

Typically, our finalized deliverables range in number depending on the size of the property. Please clean and organize the property as much as possible prior to the shoot. We recommend that homeowners and pets not be present for shoots. Please be certain to clear all bathroom vanities, and ensure all lights bulbs are working. In Cleveland, the MLS will accept 30 photos to be published.

Cleveland Architectural and Interiors Photography

Photography for architectural photography is involved more significantly than typical MLS photography. Where we might spend between 1 to 2 minutes setting up a MLS photos, Architectural photography can take 2 hours for a single photo. Cleveland Virtual Properties offers Architectural photography, but due to the complexity these shoots are quoted individually. In most cases architectural photography requires multiple flashes, fewer but more polished shots and significantly more post-processing time.
